1.No spam. All automated messages, advertisements, and links to competitor websites will be deleted immediately.
2.Respect other users. Act in a manner that DOES NOT negatively affects other Users’ ability to use the forum, including without limitation by engaging in conduct that is harmful, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, intimidating, violent or encouraging of violence to people or animals, harassing, stalking, invasive of another’s privacy, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. No flaming or abusing fellow forum members. Users who continue to post inflammatory, abusive comments will be deleted and banned from the forum.
3.Harassment. No threats or harassment of other users will be tolerated. Any instance of threatening or harassing behavior is grounds for deletion from the forums.
4.No illegal
adult content. NO profanity and NO child pornography is allowed. Posts containing
sexual explicit material of underaged persons will be deleted, users banned and legal action will be taken.
5.DO NOT post any content that depicts any person under 18 years of age (or older in any other location in which 18 is not the minimum age of majority) whether real or simulated.
6.DO NOT post any content depicting underage sexual activity, non-consensual sexual activity, revenge
porn, blackmail, intimidation, snuff, torture, death, violence, incest, racial slurs, or hate speech, (either orally or via the written word).
7.DO NOT post any content that contains falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage the website or any third party.
8.DO NOT post any content that is obscene, illegal, unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, libelous, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate.
9.DO NOT post any content containing unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation.
10.DO NOT post any content containing sweepstakes, contests, or lotteries, or otherwise related to gambling.
11.DO NOT post any content or use the forum in any way that promotes or facilitates prostitution, solicitation of prostitution, human trafficking, or sex trafficking.
12.DO NOT use the forum to arrange any in-person meetings for purposes of sexual activity for hire.
13.DO NOT deploy programs, software, or applications designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment, including by engaging in any denial of service attack or similar conduct.
14.DO NOT introduce or upload any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files or any other similar software, program.
15.We have the right to take any action with respect to any content posted by you that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion, including if we believe that such content violates these Terms of Service, infringes any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of users of the website or the public, or could create liability for us.
16.We have the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the website for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms of Service.
17.Bandwidth. All images and signatures must be 500 x 500 pixels or smaller. Posts containing over-sized images and signatures will be removed. Only JPEG, JPG, PNG files allowed. Maximum upload size 5MB per file.
18.Illegal content. No re-posting of copyrighted materials or other illegal content is allowed. Any posts or uploads containing illegal content or copyrighted materials will be deleted and users banned.
